- 1 tulle layer with ruffle edge on hem
- Elasticated waistband that can be made smaller by adjusting the buttons on the elastic
- Length can also be adjusted by moving the elastic into another a lower section of the waist panel
- Petticoat is lined for comfort
- Available in several colours.
- Fabric content: 100% Polyester.
